About the Pupil Portal

The Pupil Portal is cloud based and there is no specialist software to download. Its main feature is for teachers to upload homework for pupils. Other items that can be shared are: reports, merits, assessments, notices and many more. The system is unique in that it is fully customisable to your Madrasah.

We provide support all year round for the Pupil Portal. The system is synced with your management system. The system is compatible with all makes of phones, tablets, laptops and PCs so parents/guardians have many ways to see their child's progress.

Its a safe/secure way to share information instantly with pupils we give you a secure centralised online storage where homework files can be uploaded.

What exactly is the Pupil Portal?

The Pupil Portal is a seperate system that pupils can log into to view items uploaded via the MIS such as homework. It feeds off information from the MIS, pupils can view their reports, rewards, important news etc.

How do pupils access the portal?

Pupils have a sign up screen where they need to put in their email address and access is granted. Pupils can reset their own passwords leading to less management on your end. Pupil logins are tracked for management.

Can the portal be accessed on any device?

Yes the Portal has been designed and perfected to work on any device, mobiles, tablets, laptops and desktops. Basically anything that uses an internet connection. We have optimised the interface to look simple yet professional.

How long does it take for homework to be uploaded into the system by a teacher.

Data is synced instantly on the system, make sure internet connection is good. Admin can log in as any pupil at any point to check exactly what pupils can see for peace of mind.

What updates does the system get?

System updates include, compatibility checking with all android, apple, windows Phones and Tablets. Along with all browsers for Desktops and Laptops. Additionally when we set up a portal widget we also offer the module to all participating Madrasah so you will from time to time see additional new modules in the admin panel which may be useful at no extra cost.

What happens when a pupil leaves?

You simply Archive the pupil and they are immediatly taken off pupil portal. All data is kept on the system and you can still view them in the Archive area of the system and reinstate them if necessary.

What happens if the teacher adds the wrong homework?

Teachers are able to make inactive any homeworks they have uploaded in error. Admin have the power to make any homework inactive. Teachers fill out a simple form specifying the class/pupil, date to make live, title, description and upload buttons.

Can pupils submit homework?

It's completely upto you. Pupils can email teachers their work from the system or upload in a centralised location that can be accessed by teachers. Also teachers can see pupil names who have not completed the work.

Is the portal easy to use for pupils?

Yes, the pupil portal is very user friendly a pupil simply clicks a date and all the linked homeworks are displayed ready for download.

Can pupils view others work in the Portal?

No, they have specific logins and can only view their work. passwords should never be shared between pupils.
