About the Parent Portal

The Parent Portal is cloud based and there is no specialist software to download. It handles daily syncing of data on a regular basis. Features for parents: attendance, behavious, reports, emergency contacts, merits, assessments, fees, staff, pupils, and many more. The system is unique in that it is fully customisable to your Madrasah.

We provide support all year round for the Parent Portal. The system is synced with your management system. The system is compatible with all makes of phones, tablets, laptops and PCs so parents/guardians have many ways to see their child's progress.

What exactly is the Parent Portal?

The Parent Portal is a seperate system that parents can log into to view specific things about their Child/Children. It feeds off information from the MIS, parents can view their Childs attendance, reports, outstanding fees, behaviour, personal details etc.

How do parents access the portal?

Parents have a sign up screen where they need to put in all their details then these are matched up to the correct pupils and access is granted. Parents can reset their own passwords leading to less management on your end.

Can the portal be accessed on any device?

Yes the Portal has been designed and perfected to work on any device, mobiles, tablets, laptops and desktops. Basically anything that uses an internet connection. We have optimised the interface to look simple yet professional.

How long does it take for data to save into the system once I press save.

Data is synced instantly on the system, make sure internet connection is good. Admin can log in as any parent at any point to check exactly what parents can see for peace of mind.

What updates does the system get?

System updates include, compatibility checking with all android, apple, windows Phones and Tablets. Along with all browsers for Desktops and Laptops. Additionally when we set up a portal widget we also offer the module to all participating Madrasah so you will from time to time see additional new modules in the admin panel which may be useful at no extra cost.

What happens when a pupil leaves?

You simply Archive the pupil and they are immediatly taken off parent portal and won't appear for parents. All data is kept on the system and you can still view them in the Archive area of the system and reinstate them if necessary.

Can parents view anything on MIS and can they communicate with us?

Yes, you can sync any part of the MIS system to the Portal. Parents can view their childrens current tutor, class, timetables, term dates, news and more. Parents can communicate with the Madrasah directly in the portal linked to Staff emails and MIS.

Can parents recieve fees reminders?

Our Fees module has been designed to sync with the portal seemlessly syncing reminders to parents who are late on payments. Parents can see their live outstanding fees and payment reciepts at any point.

We need to remove a particular parent from the portal how can this be done?

Admin staff have the power to remove a particular parents access to the portal that parent will no longer be able to login or access the portal for whatever reason the update is instant.

Can parents view all their children in the Portal?

Yes, upto 2 parents can be linked to all their children meaning they can toggle between each childs profile within seconds. The interface has been designed for ease of use and parents have had no problems accessing their childs information.
