Welcome to Madrasah Platform. A system designed for Madrasah with Teachers and Admin Staff as the priority users. This management information system (MIS) is cloud based and can be accessed via the internet on many devices including. Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and even mobile phones. We have made sure the system displays clearly on all these devices and that there is no compatibility issues what ever you or your institute uses be it windows, linux, android or apple.

Over the last few years we have integrated the MIS system with both a Pupil Portal and Parent Portal. What this means is that parts of the system can be shared with pupils and parents. What this means for Teachers and Pupils is homework can be shared within seconds to all Pupils they simply log in and complete. For Parents/Guardians this has proved to be extremely popular being able to check their childrens live attendance data, reports, incidents, medical details and emergency contacts. To further enhance this feature we have developed a parent portal app so parents/guardians can simply click to view their childrens progress any time of the day.
Options to enter or import pupil data onto the system in advance before the next academic year.
Set up classes and assign form tutors at any point and link important data per class ie: fees.
Enter your specific academic planner into the system, determining term dates and closures.
Manage pupil records, names, addresses, DOB, consents, emergency contacts, medical notes and much more.
Manage parent/guardian details including: relationship to child, email, home addess, tel.
Take daily registers for classes on any device. Missed registers are highlighted and users prompted.
Input pupil fees onto the system in a very simple way, along with late fee tracking and receipt generation.
Store Exam results on the system per class using an entry form which takes only minutes to fill in.
Record incidents at the Madrasah against a pupil. Data can easily be shared with upper management.
Pupil Rewards can be given for exceptional work or Behaviour. Use this module to keep track.
Termly Reports can be generated for Pupils. These reports will be bespoke to your institute.
Manage communications to parents via our inbuilt email system or the parent portal app.
Create new staff logins and manage their level of access to the system. And optionally hours worked.
