Welcome to Madrasah Platform. A system designed for Madrasah with Teachers and Admin Staff as the priority users. This management information system (MIS) is cloud based and can be accessed via the internet on many devices including. Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and even mobile phones. We have made sure the system displays clearly on all these devices and that there is no compatibility issues what ever you or your institute uses be it windows, linux, android or apple.
Support and Development Our Support teams works all year round in and out of term dates for your peace of mind any problems get in touch. Another of our priorities is focusing on improving the system to help you, we offer a bespoke element to all our packages. What this means is if there is a particular task/function you want the system to cater for which it doesn't already one of our developers will get in touch with you take all the relevant information and produce the function in the system itself at no extra cost to you.
Over the last few years we have integrated the MIS system with both a Pupil Portal and Parent Portal. What this means is that parts of the system can be shared with pupils and parents. What this means for Teachers and Pupils is homework can be shared within seconds to all Pupils they simply log in and complete. For Parents/Guardians this has proved to be extremely popular being able to check their childrens live attendance data, reports, incidents, medical details and emergency contacts. To further enhance this feature we have developed a parent portal app so parents/guardians can simply click to view their childrens progress any time of the day.

Options to enter or import pupil data onto the system in advance before the next academic year.

FAQs
Yes, we will tidy, check and import all the data you want imported at no extra cost. If there is specific data you captured or used that isn't a field in the new system we will create the field for you and move it over.
We will work with you and develop anything new you require and make sure it is tested and added to the system in a matter of days. At no extra cost to you.
Its important the system works for you in the way you want it.
Our Fees module has been designed to send out email reminders to parents who are late on payments. Additional a Parent can login into the Parent Portal and also see
their outstanding fees and payment reciepts.
Data is saved instantly on the system, make sure internet connection is good. If Admin are checking registers they will be able to view this in real time and
identify untaken registers immediately.
System updates include, compatibility checking with all android, apple, windows Phones and Tablets. Along with all browsers for Desktops and Laptops.
Additionally when we create a module for a different Madrasah we tend to also offer the module to all participating Madrasah so you will from time to time
see additional new modules in the admin panel which may be useful at no extra cost.
You simply Archive the pupil and they are immediatly taken off role and won't appear in any current modules. All data is kept on the system and you can still view them in the Archive area of the system and reinstate them if necessary.
If you have them in a digital format e.g. a Spreadsheet we can data clean and import the spreadsheet into the system for free. We will map the fields and create a back-up before the import just in case.
The Parent Portal is a seperate system that parents can log into to view specific things about their Child/Children. It feeds off information from the MIS, parents can view
their Childs attendance, reports, outstanding fees, behaviour, personal details etc.
When staff leave they can be simply toggled off or deleted. Its a good exercise to do this as quickly as possible to avoid any issues.
Once this is done the staff member will no longer be able to access the system.
There is no fixed limit on number of Students initially we set this to 250 live pupils per year but this can easily be increased.
Upto 50 staff members can be logged onto the system at the same time. Again this can be increased if and when needed.
Much more reliable than our older system. I especially love the attendance tracker to show me the daily late pupils and their percentages.
